Description:

Please join the Valley of Detroit and their ladies on a deluxe motor coach getaway to the Valley of Chicago on November 2-4, 2012. The Valley of Chicago will be hosting their Reunion on November 2-3 in their newly dedicated Scottish Rite Cathedral located in Bloomingdale, Illinois.

A block of “oversized deluxe” hotel rooms (choice of 1 king, 1 queen or 2 queen sized beds) have been reserved at the Hilton Chicago Indian Resort at a discounted Scottish Rite Rate of $109 per night plus tax. The hotel offers several in house dining options as well as a complimentary shuttle to and from the local shopping center.

A registration fee of $80.00 per person (payable to the Valley of Detroit) covers deluxe motor coach transportation and; Friday – lunch on the bus, dinner at the VOC Reunion (gentlemen), dinner at “Shiraz on the Water” (ladies). Saturday – lunch at the VOC Reunion (gentlemen), lunch at the “Masters Club House” (ladies), dinner banquet and entertainment at the VOC (gentlemen and ladies).

The motor coach will leave from the Henry Ford Centennial Library located at 16301 Michigan Ave., Dearborn at 12:00 Noon on Friday, November 2, (weekend parking is available at the Library at no charge) and will depart from the Hilton Chicago Indian Resort for home at 10:00 am on Sunday, November 4.
